Cheatin’ Obama

Let’s get the Trump recap out of the way.

He’s actually been particularly nasty over the last 4 or 5 days.

It started on Easter morning as he was heading to church of all places. It was his first trip to church since he became president.

He must’ve been peeved that he wasn’t golfing because he was all over immigration again. He’s beat that drum for four straight days.

Facts don’t matter either!

He is blaming the Democrats over DACA.

A little history. DACA was enacted on an executive order by Obama. Everyone spoke about taking it from an executive order to law by negotiating through Congress. Then, out of the blue, Trump used his own executive order to cancel Obama’s, thinking the courts would back him up and force everyone’s hand to make a decision.

Wrong.

The courts have stuck with Obama’s action, saying that Trump’s order was unlawful. A deal was still needed. Trump said, “Bring me one. I’ll sign it!”

Unbelievable, but the GOP and the Dems brought him a deal, that also had $25 billion for the wall. Trump didn’t sign it. Now he’s blaming the Dems. He’s also sending out tweets saying that “people are pouring in to take advantage of DACA rules.”

People aren’t pouring in. They certainly aren’t doing it because of DACA rules because you’d have to be here by 2007 to do that. New entrants aren’t taking advantage of that rule.

I give you all that history because he doesn’t care what he writes. It’s not accurate. At all. He’s gotta’ know it’s a lie. Straight up falsehoods.

But he really topped himself by sending out a tweet with a new nickname for Obama.

He can’t stop talking about Crooked Hiliary, Pocohantas Warren, Crying Chuck...

...on and on...

...like a 3rd grader.

Cheatin’ Obama is his new one.

This is a guy who cheated on his first wife with his second wife. Cheated on his second wife with his third wife and has been caught cheating on his third wife...with porn stars!

And he calls Obama, ‘Cheatin’?

It’s pretty crazy.

Can anyone make any sense of it?

Wall Street has been tanking because he is attacking corporations.

I ignore it most days.

The ‘Cheatin’ nickname just caught my attention.

This guy is straight up nuts.

My Buddy, Dave

Way back in 1997, I started working with a steel erection company out of Syracuse. I was coming straight from a long stint with a steel erector here in Buffalo so I knew my stuff when it came to steel erection safety rules. On day one, I met with the safety director and he was just getting started as a safety guy, but man, he certainly cared about the guys he worked with. Dave was a good man from the start. Mom & Ollie

 Ollie Stadium is a mess. The heavy rains rendered the backyard a mud pit and even though we threw in the side yard, the Big O was looking for more, and we were both covered in mud. I had to take some steam out of him somehow so I suggested we go visit Grandma. Ollie hates the car, but he laid quietly as we made the trip. We even brought the football because there is plenty of room to play at Grandma’s. Mom opened the door and started laughing. I thought about the love she had for every single dog we ever had. Oliver was quick to give my Mom a kiss, and then he stood beside her. The love between Mom and Dogs is a mutual bond. Through the years, Mom would make breakfast for the dogs.  Fried eggs, toast, bacon… She would wrap Christmas gifts for them. “To Jeter, Love Santa,” she would write on the cards. They played with the big chicken that made a lot of noise. Mom tossed the football and Ollie brought it back to her. As the visit drew to a close I headed for the door.  “C’mon, Oliver,”
