Enough with Tucker?

How embarrassing it would be if the entire world found out you are a complete fraud, right?

I guess it would be for a normal person but if you make your living just saying whatever might make you the most money, you most likely don’t have much shame.

Been thinking about Tucker Carlson for the last couple of days because he’s been in the news since his texts about Trump were made public.

Like the other ‘talent’ on Fox, he knew that there wasn’t election fraud.

Yet, night after night, he lied through his teeth and laughed like a maniac as he worked hard to rile up a crowd that wanted violence.

His texts spoke of Trump and how much he hated the man even as he went on television and praised him.

Now?

He has tapes of the Capitol attack and he’s back at it…

…lying through his teeth to further work up his insane followers.

When people lie to me in life I kind of lose respect for them.

I may check in on them from time-to-time, but I don’t have much use for them.

Especially if they lie over and over again and don’t care at all.

The thing about it?

The lies are dangerous.

Of course, I don’t watch his show.

I saw a clip where he praised Putin and said that he was rooting for Russia as they invaded Ukraine.

That isn’t provocative. It isn’t entertaining. It’s dangerous and irresponsible.

And sounds more like something a Russian asset might say than a ‘journalist’ as he pretends to be.

And of course, Fox viewers aren’t hearing anything about the Dominion court case and how they’re all admitting that all of their horrific statements were quite simply lies.

Tucker and Hannity and all the others should be removed from the air.

The FCC spent years chasing Howard Stern for cursing on the air or talking about sex.

No one is regulating the blatant lies?

Shouldn’t that be their job?

How can we possibly inform all the people that were duped that they were lied to…

…on purpose…

…by people who counted on their ignorance?

Isn’t it time to put an end to it?

I’ve had enough of Tucker.

My Buddy, Dave

Way back in 1997, I started working with a steel erection company out of Syracuse. I was coming straight from a long stint with a steel erector here in Buffalo so I knew my stuff when it came to steel erection safety rules. On day one, I met with the safety director and he was just getting started as a safety guy, but man, he certainly cared about the guys he worked with. Dave was a good man from the start. Mom & Ollie

 Ollie Stadium is a mess. The heavy rains rendered the backyard a mud pit and even though we threw in the side yard, the Big O was looking for more, and we were both covered in mud. I had to take some steam out of him somehow so I suggested we go visit Grandma. Ollie hates the car, but he laid quietly as we made the trip. We even brought the football because there is plenty of room to play at Grandma’s. Mom opened the door and started laughing. I thought about the love she had for every single dog we ever had. Oliver was quick to give my Mom a kiss, and then he stood beside her. The love between Mom and Dogs is a mutual bond. Through the years, Mom would make breakfast for the dogs.  Fried eggs, toast, bacon… She would wrap Christmas gifts for them. “To Jeter, Love Santa,” she would write on the cards. They played with the big chicken that made a lot of noise. Mom tossed the football and Ollie brought it back to her. As the visit drew to a close I headed for the door.  “C’mon, Oliver,”
