Madness

Early on in the hearing about January 6th I saw a tweet that said:

“If you’re watching the hearing, you should probably find something more important to do with your time.”

That tweet was written by a member of a party that claims to be fully patriotic.

The same party that desecrated the American flag by flying it beside the Confederate flag, or even more disturbingly next to the blue and white one with the former embarrassment’s name on it.

And I honestly couldn’t watch all of it because it is so upsetting to me as an American.

To just trample all that the flag has stood for in lockstep with an absolute self-serving maniac is infuriating.

Yet.

I don’t know what might happen because of these revealing testimonials.

The members high up in that administration stood straight up that day and denounced all of it after it was under control.

They all spoke about the election fraud being nothing but a huge lie told in desperation by a crazed man.

About a week later, most were in lockstep with the insanity.

None of that matters if the Department of Justice turns a blind eye.

And that’s what made me turn it off.

I will watch more, but too much at one time…

…isn’t great for my peace of mind because I am convinced that the goal of all of this is to dismantle the Democratic way.

The party isn’t misunderstood.

No way.

They’re doing it on purpose.

The vote to allow the price-gouging at the fuel pump.

The vote against a domestic violence program.

Hell, the vote to strike down relief for baby formula shortages.

Those aren’t principled votes designed to send relief to a worn out country…

…those are votes of pure cruelty…

…and the only explanation is they are voting for it all to collapse.

If it had gone exactly as planned on January 6th they would’ve killed Pelosi and AOC and others…

…and they would’ve hung their own vice-president.

That WAS the desired outcome!

And people want more of that?

History will tell the story.

When all is said and done, that day will go down as one of the worst days in American history…

…but that’s only if we stop it…

…and don’t invite more insanity.

(It could go either way).
