“What Are Your Symptoms”
Saw that the drug being used in Covid-19 circles goes for $2,200 when it costs a buck a pill to make.
They’ve been soaking people for cancer medications, diabetes meds and all other meds for years.
A trip to the doctors is 3 minutes of trying to tell the doc what you’re feeling and then suggesting what you’d like to try.
Their diagnosis is minimal at best.
Most pass you off to the next dude.
Then insurance refuses to pay and you spend weeks trying to sort that while health insurance is denied or cost you an arm and a leg.
Craziness!
We’ve had our share of run ins with docs over the years and many of them have been truly exhausting.
Good thing we have a beautiful, new, terrific health plan coming that will cover everyone for everything.
It’s supposed to be here in ‘2 weeks’.
I don’t know what any of the answers are, but I’ve surely been exasperated by the tone deaf docs, the slow moving insurances and even the people at the pharmacy who get a written script from a doctor and then call you to say:
“We are waiting to fill it based on whether insurance will cover.”
That’s always a fun call when a med is needed, has been prescribed, and is expected.
“We will have that ready for you in 4 hours.”
“Dude, it’s 12 pills in a plastic container with a label. What takes 4 hours?”
Read somewhere that the average Covid case is costing people two to three thousand dollars!
Americans are getting sick because of gross incompetence...
...paying two grand for a med that costs $1.00 a pill...
...then being stuck with a huge bill as a parting gift?
Was that Make America Great or Keep America Great?
I forget.
But hey, they’re gonna’ send you another $500 to ease your pain...
...if they can figure a way to divide the other 3 trillion amongst their donor buddies.
