I’ve Seen it All
We like to watch a comedy show as we eat dinner. Sometimes it’s ’Modern Family.’ Sometimes it’s ’Two And a Half Men.’
Last night, I played clips of the moron in chief playing doctor.
Good Lord, it was funny.
He couldn’t pronounce acetaminophen, and after the third try he said it, and then looked at someone and asked if that was good.
He talked about Tylenol and how they don’t have it in Cuba - or so he heard - and that they don’t have any autism.
Then he added that he’d heard that, but didn’t know if it was true, but added that you shouldn’t take Tylenol unless your fever is really high, but that you should try and tough it out, but that Tylenol is the only thing you can take because it works.
My head was spinning, but it was funny!
Then my personal favorite.
He explained that what he wasn’t saying didn’t come from the doctors, but rather from him, because he has good common sense.
He hit the punch line by saying, “Some of the doctors might have good common sense too, I don’t know, maybe some of them.”
The sad thing is that some people don’t know it’s a comedy show, and I’m sure they’re going through their medicine cabinet now and throwing out their Tylenol because the huge orange guy told them too.
That’s good.
They’ll have more room for horse pills and the gallon of bleach they were thinking about injecting themselves with.
How dumb is this?
Now I’ve seen it all.
Both he and his health expert (who eats roadkill) - both burnt orange from their tanning beds - telling people not to listen to their doctors.
Ah well.
Was certainly good for a laugh.
