The Constitution

We are no longer following the constitution.

Haven’t been since January.

People are being kidnapped off the streets regardless as to legal status.

I read a story about a kid who was a soccer star. The day after he graduated, he was pushed into a van and sent to his home country.

A place he hadn’t been in since he was 4 years old. His paperwork was in order. His parents weren’t sent away with him.

They’re devastated.

They followed the letter of the law. They assimilated. If the kid wasn’t great at soccer he might’ve flown under the radar.

Now, his life is ruined and just might be over as he is being returned to a hostile land that he doesn’t know.

Not American.

On Saturday night, bombs were dropped on Iran.

What’s insane about it is that it is being sold as a good thing because it puts a stop to Iran developing nukes.

There had been an agreement in place to stop their march towards nuclear capability, but it was ripped up because Obama negotiated it.

A president can’t just drop bombs.

Check that constitution.

Ah hell, no one cares.

This is a damn money grab again.

We are now working without a blue print.

The unbelievable work of our forefathers to set up a government that was supposed to work for all of us?

Gone.

There’s a bill on the table that takes wealth from those who don’t have any and gives it to people who have way too much.

Putin is marching, and for some reason, we are working for his benefit to destroy a nation that we promised to protect.

We have no more allies.

Fighting with Canada.

Trying to steal Greenland.

Locking people away without due process.

It would certainly be nice if all of us who were taught the constitution as kids would recall what it means.

It’s over.

Has been since January.

Will we just meekly slide into the abyss?

I never imagined it might happen…

…but it appears it has.
