First Amendment Lies

The indictments came down yesterday afternoon, and although the charges are richly deserved they’re still sad for our nation.

The felony count is now 78.

It’s going to go higher.

And the defense appears to be:

“Yeah, I lied. My lies are protected by first amendment rights.”

The Feds thought of that defense, and addressed it in the indictment.but of course, Hannity and the talking heads are misrepresenting what the charges are all about.

(How some of those people go on television and lie their asses off in defense of that dude will always be insane to me).

They’re claiming that it’s all a political football to try and win the 2024 election.

The truth?

Trump MUST be held to account or the Democracy is over. 

There can’t be another attempt to circumvent an election. 

Every single American deserves to have their vote counted. 

And if you’re reading this and still thinking about supporting the dude, consider:

1). He was found guilty of fraud for his university.

2). He was found guilty of sexual assault.

3). His company was found guilty of fraud.

4). His foundation was closed - fraud.

5). He was indicted for stealing classified information.

6). He was indicted for obstruction and is on tape asking an employee to burn a server (isn’t that ironic).

7). He will be indicted in Georgia for election fraud.

8). He was impeached twice and should’ve been found guilty both times.

9). He tried to hang his vice-president.

10). He enriched his world all through his presidency, including having bank accounts in China and golfing at his resorts every weekend so he could charge the secret service $10,000 to rent a golf cart.

11). His grift continues as he has sent out letters asking his cult followers to send him money for his presidential election - he’s using it to pay lawyers.

12). All of his lawyers will be indicted.

And the most important aspect of it all?

13). He’s guilty of all of it.

And deep down, you know it.

Of course, I won’t change your mind here.

You’ll mention Crooked Hillary or Hunter Biden or emails or a laptop or Tom Hanks and a pizza pedophile ring in a pizza parlor basement that doesn’t have a basement.

But, you know.

Deep down.

And America won’t be America much longer if he’s not held to account.
